OnSite Standard Products
We can tell you how our Multi-Mission Modular (IM3) technology recombines to make many different systems, but seeing really is believing. The product genealogy of Inuktun’s modules in the chart below gives operators an overview of the versatility our OnSite Standard Products offer.
Our proven technology is available as off-the-shelf components. Our effective, durable crawler tracks can transport your platform, sensors and tools right where you need to go. Inuktun offers waterproof Minitrac™ and Microtrac™ crawler modules in aluminum, brass and stainless steel.
Microtracs™ can be operated individually or as multiple units. Each unit is individually powered and can be easily fitted to a variety of equipment platforms to suit a wide range of applications including video inspection, pipe examination, duct inspection, cleaning and more. Complete systems are available with power supply, controller and tether cable.
By design, Minitracs™ are small, rugged, and powerful, providing the user with access to confined spaces and harsh environments. They can be operated individually or as multiple units. Each unit is separately powered and can be easily fitted to a variety of equipment platforms to suit a wide range of applications.
As a standalone unit or part of a complete robotic system, Inuktun offers a complete line of remotely operated camera systems for use in air or underwater.
The Spectrum 45™ pan and tilt camera is one of the smallest industrial cameras of its kind. At a diameter of only 45mm/1.75in, this robust colour camera is available in either aluminum or stainless steel, with a depth rating of 30m/100ft or 150m/500ft.
The Spectrum 90™ pan, tilt and zoom camera is one of the most popular Inuktun cameras on the market. With a 40x zoom, 1/4in CCD colour camera, the Spectrum 90™ provides 460+ TV lines of resolution at 1.5 lux sensitivity. At a diameter of only 90mm/3.5in, the Spectrum 90™ can go just about anywhere you need to see.
The Spectrum 120™ pan, tilt and zoom camera offers high quality video and exceptional zoom for in air or underwater inspection and monitoring applications. This robust 432x zoom colour camera, at a diameter of 120mm/4.75in, uses a 525 TV line imager with 1.4 lux sensitivity.
The Spectrum 120HD™ pan, tilt and zoom camera provides crystal clear video in air or underwater. It packs a High Definition (HD), full 1080p resolution with high quality optical zoom up to 30x in a robust package only 120mm/4.75in diameter. The standard camera includes marine-grade aluminum parts and built-in, high intensity LED lights.
Designed with performance and reliability in mind, Inuktun‘s crawler vehicles can operate in the toughest environments. If you are working on a nuclear reactor, inspecting many miles of a sewer pipe, or searching for survivors after a natural disaster, we have the system for you.
Miniature Magnetic Systems
The NanoMag™ is a miniature crawler system with built-in rare earth magnets, allowing it to travel vertically, horizontally and even upside down on ferrous metal surfaces. The NanoMag™ is ideal for inspecting almost any steel structure where vertical operation is required.
The MicroMag™ mobile robotic inspection vehicle is compact, waterproof and magnetic. It can be rapidly deployed for many applications that exclude most ordinary remotely operated vehicles (ROVs).
The MaggHD™ is a waterproof miniature magnetic crawler that incorporates a 360 degree continuous tilt video camera with 1080p HD video, a 10x optical zoom, variable intensity spot and flood lights, and optional parallel laser lines for on-screen size estimation.
Based on the proven MicroMag™, Inuktun‘s MaggUT™ magnetic crawler is a man-portable system with integrated UT scanning capability. Specifically designed to incorporate standard industrial ultrasonic probes and flaw detectors from Olympus, the MaggUT™ easily integrates with your existing NDT equipment.
MaggUT™ – Marine
The MaggUT™ – Marine is a small magnetic inspection vehicle featuring Microtracs™, a forward facing Crystal Cam® camera and a Cygnus ultrasonic probe for thickness measurement and logging. The MaggUT™ – Marine can be used to quantify metal loss on ship hulls, pressure vessels, large diameter pipes or other subsea structures.
Pipe Inspection Systems
Versatrax 100™ Mark II
The Versatrax 100™ is a miniature pipe inspection system just like its predecessor, with a variety of configurations that can tackle almost any confined space inspection application. Offering full modularity, the Versatrax 100™ Mark II can be arranged either inline for small diameters, in parallel configuration for larger pipes and ductwork, or with a magnetic attachment for vertical and inverted travel on ferrous surfaces.
The Versatrax 150™ is a modular, long range (500m/1,650ft) internal pipe inspection system capable of operation within a variety of pipe sizes. This crawler offers an inline and parallel configuration for pipe sizes of 150mm/6in in diameter or larger.
Our IM3 technology is adaptive and offers solutions for the most challenging environments and circumstances. While our products can be easily reconfigured for remote visual inspection systems, we’re ready to take operations further by integrating our accessories and yours to collect the data you need.
The Inuktun Manipulator is designed as a compact, powerful and flexible deep sea gripper with an array of interchangeable jaw sets. The pressure compensated housing allows the Manipulator to dive to some of the deepest parts of the ocean; anodized aluminum and 316 stainless steel construction ensures its reliability.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Probe
The UT Probe expands the feature set of Inuktun‘s crawlers to support ultrasonic thickness measurements of ferrous metal surfaces underwater or in air (couplant required). Completely integrated with the MaggUT™ – Marine and MicroMag™ systems and independently operated in the standard MaggUT™ system, the UT Probe adds Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) with remote visual inspection.
